All our products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of receipt.
The warranty includes:

Obvious manufacturing defects (e.g., cracks, breakage in the chassis, malfunction in the movement mechanism or wheels).

Lifetime maintenance services for any malfunctions resulting from normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

Misuse.

Damage resulting from an incorrect modification or installation attempt by the customer.

Scratches or wear caused by external factors.
